12 sprig fresh mint (dried)
12 sprig sage (fresh, whole)

2 tea bags (ceylon)

Relaxing sage tea
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 tea bag black or ceylon tea
Boil 2 cups water, turn off heat. Add mint, sage and tea. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain. Add honey and or milk and enjoy!
